I have a JCA50H Amp head I have two 8 ohm speckers connected to this amp but I see in the back of the Amp I have two 8 ohm outputs does this mean I can connect a 2nd specker box and if so well this lower my sound output?

You can connect a 2nd speaker cab as long as the total ohms of both cabs combined is not less than 4 ohms and not more than 16 ohms.
