is this a good card?

I am new to recording and I don't have very high budget and I came across this card.

I need something that is cheap like this and can record with good quality. I will be going instruments/mics to the mixer and mixer too card. won't be recording any more than two tracks at a time right now. Thanks for any feedback.

Um... what kind of outputs does your mixer have? that's kind of what it's based on... but also, it kind of looks to me that you're going to be getting mono through... but I'm kind of out of it right now and shouldn't be submitting advice. But if anyone can get on here and tell this guy that he'll be getting stereo then tell him to go for it since he's on a budget.

by the way... this isn't where you need to be posting this topic.. you need to go to computer recording and soundcards.
