Is this a decent interface?

I need an interface that will give me reasonably high quality sound, so will 24 bit be enough? I don't have much more then $100 to spend. I will be running it through reaper. It doesn't have too many inputs, but I just need to hook up my mixer to it. I also like the fact that I can control the sound mix between the input and the DAW.
Is this a safe bet?

Looks good from the specs. The phantom power seems unusual - because it uses USB power and it's just hard to believe it can draw 48V. Built by a reputable firm though. For 99$ I'd say go for it....

I mean if 2 tracks are enough then i"m sure it would be suitable ..... as for getting +48v Phantom from a 5v USB power it uses a DC/DC converter ......

yeah just 2 tracks will be fine since I have a mixer to hook up to it. but will 24 bit be high enough quality for me, or is that pretty much standard?
