Hi everyone. I'm looking for some feedback regarding my singing voice. On a personal note, I don't like the sound of my recorded voice, feels so different.

Some people told me that I have a good voice, but I really don't know what to think.

So, that brings me back to this, I'm interested to know what your opinions are, any feedback is welcome. Thanks!

Can I Sing? Or Not? (Linkin Park - Numb) - YouTube (it's kind of short, but I hope it's enough though)

Eugh.
You can sing ok.

You did drop in key a whole tone towards the end though. If you weren't aware of that, then there's probably an problem.

Yeah, I realised that the ending was a bit off, I forced myself to hit the right notes there.

My daughter says you need to blow your nose.
Yes you dropped a semi tone or so on the last line.
Are you singing into the PC direct ?
First two lines were great.

I'm going to say that going accupella is pretty frigging bold. ... I'd have to hear it with backing to say yay or nay.

I agree.

Not to mention.
For me personally, comparing a persons vocals to Linkin Park vocals seems intense. Chester Bennington's singing is an anomaly imo :laughings:

Truth...I don't see how he hasn't shot his voice yet with some of that stuff he does :D

Oh well...more power to him!

I think you have potential, but you should try and find you're own style.
Do you play an instrument?
If yes, trying writing your own tunes and finding you're own style.
If no, find a couple of jam sessions/song circles to get some practice in.
