I'd say Eliminators
I see there's not a lot of activity going on in this thread recently. i'm posting it as It'd be my first post and I'd like to post on something I've already had some time of experience.
Definitely this is more personal opinion. As for myself I've tried them both, Iron Cobras and Eliminator P2002. I own the eliminator double and I've had very little problems with it. Perhaps the only serious one I've had is that the screw that adjusts the feel of the pedalboard loosened and I ended up with a pedal that was completely useless for the rest of the gig (luckily it happened in the final song and it only required single pedal, so i used the rleft foot instead).
However, I once used an Iron Cobra at a friend's home studio and I didn't quite get used to it. i tried to adjust it to my liking and spent like an hour and a half without getting where I wanted, so I ended up taking my Pearl. Perhaps I didn't spend enough time with it and if I had find that setting that i was looking for I'd had sold my Pearl and went for the IC, but as for now I'm really into the Pearls.
Now, I'd like to try their new Demon Drive... it seems to be sick!
