Interconnecting M-300 series mixers

I keep seeing people say that the M-300 series mixers can be hooked together. I have a Tascam M-308 mixer. Love it. So if I bought an M-308B, (with phantom power) How does it hook up to other mixers? Is that what the "Ext In" is for? Thanks!

I think this question has been asked and answered on a number of occasions here on this site so in order to save us all some time, it might be best to do a quick search for the answer. ;)

BTW, the EXT ins, 1 & 2 are for connecting two track decks into the mixer for playback of stereo master tapes or discs, not for cascading two mixers together.
