OK - I deleted the first draft and think I got it where I want it now




Yeah it's all stock... this is the first draft - just finished it so will probably be making some edits

made it wide screen - not sure why youtube smooshed it....

Are a stock photo/film user I understand the attraction.
What's missing in your flick is structure and contrast - there's the bit with the boys doing the bus stop but that's about all the contrast you offer. There are some repeats but none that create a visual structure.
After a while the scenes generated a form of fatigue in my head - too many unsettling scenes - a bit like creating a sequence of the just the killing moments from Texas Chainsaw Massacre - the repeated violence & destruction is awful and effecting BUT desensitization happened as well.
The song has more narrative than the film suggests - try to add a little illustration of that while you're going along.
Finally - some snaps or film of the performers is a good way of creating change or reducing tension.
I think the songs really good and the vid is a good beginning BUT contrast, structure, performers and some titles/credits would be good too.
Very good transition and editing by the way.

And some other stuff build it up a little more - give it more of a flow and story progression
