Importing .wav files into Tascam 2488 neo

I am having trouble importing .wav files into my 2488. I have a range of guitar backing tracks that I want to import, I do as the instruction manual states but the tracks are not showing on the 2488.

Can anyone assist?

Yes, sorry we were not all sitting here awaiting your beck and call, we do have lives and commitments outside this forum.

WOW. No judgements. I know the frustrations.

Make sure your file is mono.
Do not copy folder onto CD. Files must be written directly to the cd (root file....no "trees")
Make sure the name is short. no spaces or hyphens. (T1, T2, T214)

And I still will have problems every now and then. Good luck.
