stoop to that level either. The information on this board is great.
Most places you will find people trying to make themselves

In some cases, that's true, but in others it's a sign of users that are fed up with products that don't deliver on the promises made in the brochure. I'm sure many people find my stand on the PS5 to be excessive (or childish), but there's a reason Tascam keeps cutting the price, while Fostex can't build MR-8's fast enough. If someone takes the time to back up their 'trash-talking', I'll take the time to consider their point when researching my purchase.

Actually, your opinions about the PS5 are consistent with many of the comments I have read from other users. That particular unit was a great idea that just didn't seem to deliver. I'm glad you're happy with the MR8, I know I am.

Yeah I almost bought a PS5 until MRX appeared on their board with a link to this forum discussing the MR-8. Well suffice to say I went with the MR-8. GLAD I DID! Saved me from making a mistake!

I just want to say that this forum is better than another that I used to frequent. The other forum is, I'm sad to say, supposedly supposed to be made up of Christians that are Gospel music artists and fans. They constantly put people down and make jokes about artists. Pete's comments are nothing compared to some of theirs. I will now be spending more time on this forum learning how to use my new found friend (MR-8) where it seems that everyone is very helpful and act more Christian than the Gospel forum. Thanks guys/gals.
