"i'm going to be playing on my bed and need advice" that was a funny line :laughings:

Hmmm...

What would be the ramifications of lining one (or more) of the walls of your studio with these? 72" x 84" for $92.

I would suspect because you want to base your audio decisions solely on what comes out of the monitors, not what is bounced off of the walls.

the memory foam would not work, first of all most people here along with other stuff i've read are pretty much in unison about the fact that foam is the worst choice for many reasons. and also i've had a memory foam mattress topper before and believe me you could not hang one of those on the wall:)

as for bouncing off the walls, many prefer natural reverb if its balanced and under control, although you can get it digitally too, so it shouldn't be a problem.

well, yes, that's right. But you want the reverb to be in your recording and not in your room.
