I would buy that program in a second. If Stienberg cut the surround sound and sold it at about $400 alot more people would use that program. I hat cubase but Nuendo is incredible. Also why doesn't Stienberg offer registered cubase owners a cheap shout at Nuendo?

if your a registered user you can upgrade to nuendo for a better price than $1100. why sell nuendo for $400 if cubase cost much more than that? cubase is much better than nuendo for midi, but nuendo is much better for audio... plus i like having unlimited undo :D

i'm looking for good recording software and not really into midi so would cubase not be first choice.. any reccomendations?

cubase is good for audio but its a very strong midi seq. also, just like logic.

i had the oportunity to try nuendo at the local music store. I picked a guitar and amp and took a crack at it.

There's just something about that program that makes it sound so damn good it's crazy.

It blew me away.

Does anybody buy blood?

i run nuendo, and yes i do here a slight difference when recording with it compared to logic or cubase. but the best sounding program i've come across is actually samplitude 6

samplitude and sequoia are 2 different programs. sequoia isn't worth $3000 anyday. 95% of its features are in samplitude 6 2496. but i've worked on sequoia, it has the same quality of samplitude, which still sounds better than cubase, nuendo, and logic. my partner has logic 5 out in germany he said its much better than the older versions. i'm having someone get me a copy next week
