Ideas for our Forum...?

Had an idea...

what if we were to "showcase" one producer from the forum each month with a sticky post... and everyone can give opinions on their beats and such, give crit and spread the love...

That way all of the great producers in this forum can get some recognition, and newer producers (like myself) can learn from their techniques and what not... also, the emcee's here can really see the talent this forum has, and contact the producers they'd really like to work with.

Do you guys think that's a good idea?

That does sound good.

I think each month the picked one should get one webpage where there is photos of their studio, talking about their work and of course any music supplied.
 
I think if we had a list of all the producers, then the moderators or whoever, could assign what month each producer would be spotlighted, and as new producers join the forum, they can sign up for a month to be "spotlighted" as well.

That way the producer knows he's gonna be spotlighted in August (or whatever) and he can make a few dope beats to upload during his month, so we're not hearing the same beats we've already heard.
