Ibanez TS5 Modded?

I have a Ibanez TS5 Tube Screamer Soundtank that I just got, I opened it up (not realizing the the battery is actually under the topside cover) and I took a look at the board and it looks like it might be modded. Could anyone tell me if it is? Here's a pic.

The chip reads: 4558D JRC 0836A

So, no one can tell?
Should I post a pic of the bottom of the board?
