I rushed out and bought myself a Ego-sys waveterminal 2496,altough this is a great card and the drivers are supurb i am wishing now i went for the the hoontech.

Hoontech have made many cards for the gamer and the audiophile and will be around for a while.

Can someone explain the difference between the STA and the C-port?

STA is Hoontech's new brandname, not a product.

The Audiophile is made by Midiman (aka M-Audio) not Hoontech to my knowledge.

staudio is Hoontech's higher end stuff. the C-port is one of the best cards they have.
