at work i use either hummingbird exceed or ws_ftp.
at home WinXP and Win2k have ftp built in.
all you have to do is go to:
explorer
my network places (right click)
map network drive
give the IP address
when you select that network place, it will prompt you for the username and password.
then you've be able to copy/paste files to/from the networked location.
