 I have Adobe Audition 3 When I open a MIDI track and pull up the sequencer there is no sound. I tried to add a VST plug in (addictive Drums) by clicking on the vsti dropdown in the sequencer and pressed scan to find it ...the program crashed and now there are no folders in that menu?? Hope someone can help me...

not sure how audition works as i use cubase. but i normally add a instrument track first which then asks for the vsti you would like to use. i have addictive drums too, do you mean that wont load now? re-install if so.

what is your computer spec. try changing buffer size and sample rate (should be in device setup) a higher size in these normally makes for better quality recordings but eats up more cpu.

addictive drums does use quite a bit of cpu (mainly on start up)

hope this helps

CPU shouldn't be an issue with Addictive Drums IMO unless it's a very very old computer. I have used it on machines from the middle ages and it has worked fine on all.

I say re-install!

Cheers,
Per
