Hi Everyone
Please help me.
Kit that i have got consists of the following:
Laptop Windows Vista
M audio Fast track pro
Ableton live lite 4
Behringer xenyx1202
2 mic's
3 guitars - nylon aquistic, steel aquistic and electric
1 yamaha keyboard
1 amp with speakers
Setting up for live gig is no problem as I route all the equipment outputs in to the xenyx1202 and run the control room out put l + r to the amp this gives great sound.
The problem comes when i want to record and have to make use of the Fast track pro, it only has 2 mic inputs and 2 TRS input on the back wich i cant seem to get any signal from. If i run the control room outputs from the xenyx1202 to the mic in put on the fast track pro i get a destorted sound. That is over and above the electrical shock you get on all the gear, not lethal but the same as what a 9 volt battery would feel on your tonge.
Please help me with a proper wiring diagram for my equipment and how best to set it up.
Many thanks
