So I purchased this organ a couple months ago but havent been able to use it. The B3 does turn on and the motor spins and everything seems to be good. When I bought the organ the people that owned it before me messed with the connectors to connect it to the speaker. So I had this local guy fix it. He did but when we connected the b3 to the speaker, the tubes wont light up or anything and nothing seems to happen. Also the cable pins barely fit in half way into the speaker plug. I'd like to get my rig working but dont know where to go. :(

Hmmm...... You say the tubes don't light up. That could be a few things. Also you say the speaker wasn't hooked up? If that's the case and you tried to power up the organ it's POSSIBLE that the output transformer could've gotton damaged. Tube amps do not like to run with no load. Regardless, you need to get to someone that knows Hammonds, or at least knows tube amplifiers. You don't want to go poking around inside one if you don't know what you're doing as there's very high voltages inside a tube amp. And the caps in there can hold a charge long after the thing is unplugged from the wall and still knock you on your ass.
