CYAN,
LOTS OF GOOD ADVICE HERE !
Don't loose hope, we have all been there. Just keep singing & singing.
Pitch problems happen for many reasons, keep trying to hunt down why you are have one.
Keep re-tracking until a good Vox track is down. I piece mine together.
Many if not all pros do the same.
Remember, if Keith Richards & Rick Okasic(cars) can sound good, you can too.
You are WAY above them in singing talent.
Mic fright is something that I wrestle with all of the time,
I just live with it & have my band work the recording controls.
They keep me informed on the way I sound.
Actually, I trust my band members ears & opinions more then my own when it comes to my vox. More then once I thought I sounded good, & was told I was bad.
I thought I sounded bad & told I sounded good.
Do you have any one you trust to help you track ???
Sean
