That’s it, I’m at the end of my rope. Cars, airplanes, dogs and an ungodly over emphasis of bass frequencies: No more apartment recording shit. I’m buying a house and I’m going to build a real studio. Nobodies gonna stop me. Stand Back!!!
I cant tolerate it. I’ve been trying for 5 months to record acoustic guitar and there is just no way to get rid on boomyness. I know its the room because I can hear boomyness on my unrecorded live playing. I’ve tried ever mic angle and distance. I’m gonna live at a friends house rent free for 5 months. That will give me enough dough for a down payment on a house. Id like to built a professional type tracking room with glass, diffusion, absorption; the whole 9 yards. I just find it hard to believe that I’m the only one with uncontrollable boom. Renting is a waste on money anyway. Ill see you folks later.

Ditch the makeup. That will save you scads of money.;) Maybe enough for some 703.

And the cigarettes too. Do not, however stop consuming beer. If you do you will lose all hope and we'll read about your untimely demise in the papers.

Good Luck with the move! May the gods of pop immortality smile upon you.
