How to use sidechaining with the Waves C1?

Hi,

How does the sidechaining function work on the Waves C1? I like to use it on a bass and kickdrum, but I don't know how I should use it.

It would be nice if someone could tell me how I should do it in Logic, but it isn't really nessesary I'll guess.

I have read the manaul of the C1, but I couldn't find any usable info for my problem.
