How to Upload a Theme??

I got pro tools 9.. It sucks. I love reaper, but, i cant figure out how to upload a theme... I download and unzip the files to my desktop then I open InstallData, then open color themes and put the files in there. and nothing.. Am i doing something wrong?

You have to go to Options>Themes and select it there.
