How to upgrade?

I got that file mr8v105, but I don't know what to do with it. I saw somebody mention a pdf file that gave them instructions, but I've not seen it anywhere. Can somebody help me out?

There are some support documents here and updating is also covered in the owners manual. Be sure to follow the instructions and you'll be successful. Also here is a link to the FAQ about updating the MR-8:
