Gotta MIDI interface?
MIDI out from the DM5 to MIDI in on your interface.
In PT create a soft synth track and select your MIDI input as the source. Route the MIDI output to Slate drums. Route the audio output of the Slate drums to your audio interface and on to your monitors.

i have the mbox pro, which has word clock. (it came w a cable/plug that has 3 pairs of wires) that 2 r 5 pin MIDI connectors. i will try & let u know if i conquor it. Thanks for ur help!
