How to hook all together

I have a Yamaha p250 stage piano; a Yamaha MT120 4-track cassette recorder; two Roland KC Keyboard Amps (a 300 and a 350); a Yamaha FX1 Digitral Drummer; and, a Yamaha AW16G audio workstation.

There is one input on piano (1/4"), which I now have digital drummer in; and, one set of 1/4" outputs -- which I can *either* send to a recorder input *or* the Roland KC-3*0 amps.

I *want* to output piano to amps -- full-time -- while also inputting both recorder -- full time -- while also having drum unit go directly to recorder.

A "logical" solution would be simply plug a 1/4" female "Y" into each channel of piano, but I'm afraid of shorting/blowing/???? either the piano's "OUT" or other unit's "INPUT" by so doing. (Tooooo much $$$$ invested to risk this -- hence my querey here)

Is there kind of a "backward's" mixer, or other device available, so I may hook all together safely? As an added note, I'd want to keep (XLR) mic. inputs on recorders free for microphone/vocal tracks.... this home recording is for a 12-person little big band I'm in.

Thank you in advance for this question which is "above" me; hoping it's not too dumb...
