How to get this sort of sound...?

Sorry, another one of these threads...but how would I get this sort of sound? Reverb on the guitar/vocals? The vocals sound slightly distorted aswell...
 
Vocal and guitar seem to have slight overdrive and lowpass filter. Guitar is pretty compressed.
Reverb? Maybe a LITTLE bit, vocal is quite dry.
 
On the guitar it sounds like maybe a hall reverb with a rather quick decay.
 
How many of these threads about this same shitty tone are you going to start?
 
Thanks guys. Might look into getting a reverb unit or a plug in that can do it....
