To do the EQ, you click on the "insert" section of the send in the mix window. When you click on it it will bring up a list of plug-in types, select EQ and pick the EQ you want to use. This will open it up and you can tweek things how you want them. You use inserts for all dynamics processors such as EQ, Compression, Gating, etc.
For time based effects such as delay and reverb, you use the "sends" section just below the inserts. Click on a send and pick a bus, it really doesn't matter which one you choose, just make it make sense so you can remember it later. Then create an Aux track. Set the input of the aux track to match the bus you used on your audio track. Insert whichever delay/reverb you want to use on that fader.
