When I try to convert my two track reaper project to a single WAV file, I get two separate WAV files, with one for each track.

How do I get both tracks to play together in a WAV file?

I think he means "Master Mix" or "Render as Stems"?

If you are rendering the Master Mix, it outputs to stereo based on the panning the individual tracks are done at.
