I'm just new to this whole thing of home recording but I bought 2 DI boxes today, the radial Pro DI, so that I can plug my guitar and bass or keyboard or drum machine into my zoom 24. I'm thinking that the impedance matching is better than the hiZ channel on the zoom, plus there is only 1 channel with high Z.
I have 11 Di boxes. 1 active and the rest are passive. I think I bought the bulk of the for one goofy situation a long time ago. now, two are permanently on the studio keyboard, one is used for the speaker/kick Mic that I wired up, the rest are just waiting for someone to show up with a bunch of keys or other silliness.
