How loud am i monitoring?

I'm not sure how to tell how loud i am monitoring.

I have sound from my pc, going to my small behringer mixer, then going to some behringer truth monitors. I want to check the exact level i am listening at (85db for example), but how?

I'm probably missing something obvious :)
 
i cant remember what they're called........i think maybe just db meter. get one of those from radio shack or some other electronics store. that'll tell you.
 
Gutter Center has a fairly nice one now also...
