...Stevie followed me from one thread to another, chiming in with his 2-cents worth of don't-know-shit-from-apple-butter.

I've been on this BBS for 11 years and you signed up 5 minutes ago and are gonna tell me how things run around here???

The op's question was answered correctly by me before stevie or you ever got involved.

I "followed your from one thread to another??" Oh, man, that's rich! You flatter yourself, buddy. Yeah, and I guess you are the one who runs things around here- the ops are just here to serve you, I suppose.

+1 and then some. Some people need to get slapped upside the head and a first or second post chastisement smells like alias or idiot.

And some people just need to chill:
I'm thinkin' several folks in this forum could do well with a good dube right now- folks need to chill out.

Ahhhh, I'm done with this thread. Where's that "ignore" button?:)

I predict C7 and stevieb will be great friends!

remember our first meeting moresound?
:D:D:D:D

Of course I do, how could I forget. This kind of thing always happens when two great minds meet. Then a great friendship will soon to be blossoming. ;)

There has to be a physical limit, the cable itself has resistance. The question is whether it's a practical limit. A 28 gauge cable would likely have nothing at the output end from a mic at 5 miles. But does this matter?
