In order to speed up their conversation, they've developed a new language of abbreviated words, which for us, is complete babble and grammatical garbage.
Other factors contributing to the destruction of our beautiful language:
• RAP music (Dis, Dat, Dem, Yo,)
• Weak educational system and parenting. The national average for graduating seniors is reading on a 7th grade level. My 5th grade daughter reads on a 1st year college level....why, because I don't allow her to corrupt herself with rap, emailing, text-messenging, and Public School and she has parents that actually care about her education.
• Inclusion: allowance of ebonics, spanglish, and other altered versions of the English language in our society.
Its only going to get worse.
