How do you put an already made instrumental from a cd, so you cant record over it?

I have an instrumental on a cd, and i was wondering how i rap, and record over it. To make a rap going along with the instrumental. If ithelps any I have a Zoom Mrs-1044 CD. Thanks! Please no techincal language (extreme newbie)
