I have connect my mic to my mixer.
I have a phonic MU 1002 mixer.
I have one wire, from the CTRL RM, R and L ports, to nothing, cause the other side of the wire is too big to connect to my PC.
I have a SoundBlaster 5.1 Live soundcard.
How do I hook my mixer up to my PC?
What other wires to I need from my mixer?
Please help...

Well you can buy separately sold adapters to adapt the size of the 'big plug' to a 'small plug' to put in the pc. Good luck!

lol, do you know there names? How much would they cost?
Thanks, lol.

I think we call em 1/4inch jack to mini jack adapters
this is a link http://www.musiciansfriend.com/srs7/search/detail/base_id/59141/src=00631

tho... i think u will have to do a little soldering... doesnt it run into one stereo mini jack in your soundcard?
If so you will have to make a cable up... from two mono cables(1/4inch) to one stereo (mini) jack :)

if your sound card is anything like i think it is you will need one of these...
(if its one single mic in on your card)

I had to use something like that for a while, the "mini" end is a 1/8" plug

You can find that sort of thing maybe at your local music store, or radio shack type place, or even online. Probably cost around $5-15 us... I'd guess there'd be some around 7 or so, and maybe some higher quality stuff above that.
