How about another cover thread???

The thing I love about this thread is the variety...in material and approaches to the tunes.

OK, another Alice Cooper cover. My low quality streaming version of UNDER MY WHEELS

Rami.....dude that was awesome! Great guitar and bass...very true to the original...drums are great and sound better then the original sonic wise(always thought the drums were a bit to low in the mix on the classic Alice Cooper stuff)...even got the "squeal like a pig" whee whee wheels at the end fade out :D...you rock!

Here is one that people have either really dug, or really hated :p...a cover of Donovan's "Mellow Yellow", that is neither mellow or yellow ;)

Thanx dude....I can cover Alice Cooper tunes all day if I were allowed to. It's right up my alley.....thanx buddy.

I'll just give myself kudos,...

for producing 2 new cuts in about a week! WTG, Davemania!:eek:;)

damn, you almost sound like Joey on Smash You. I can't believe they never put that song on any album until the Too Tough to Die reissue.

Thanks dude. I have the original vinyl 1984 single of "Howling at the Moon" that has "Smash You" and "Street Fighting Man" as the B-side. "Smash You" is a great song, that like you mentioned, was never released on an album, but it should have been.

I'm still trying to listen to everything in here. :)

Sounds good. Great performance. The hiss is a nice touch too. :)

Your song seems to have got lost in all the commotion.:D;)

I like it very much, hiss and all!;)

Come Rain Or Come Shine

This was recorded to a Tascam 424 mk III. I left the tape hiss and bass distortion on it for cjacek. ;)

Hehe:), you noticed! Hey, thanks for thinking of me!:D Yeah, I always dig the hiss and all the other wonderful imperfections. It's music to my ears!;)

Thanks for sharing, great recording.:)

I'm getting to where hiss doesn't bother me as much. I've spent so much of my recording life dedicated to its destruction.:DCool tunes by all so far.

Gee, that's funny. I know how you feel.....That's exactly what happened to the guitar solo I did for you and Llarion about a month ago. Nobody has even taken the time to tell me it's too shit to put out. :D:
