Hooking up a Mixer thru Interface?

I have a Yamaha EM-300 and would like to connect it to my MBox, how do I go about doing this? I hope this isn't too dumb of a query. Thanks. Is this old Mixer even cable of running thru the MBox? And will I be able to mic with this?

Since the Mbox only has two channels, you will only be able to get a stereo mixdown of all of the mixer's inputs. If this is what you want then you can just hook the L (left) out of the mixer to input 1 on the Mbox and R (right) out on the mixer to input 2 on Mbox. If you are only planning on using two of the mixer's inputs then it might not be worth even using the mixer as it might degrade the sound quality, unless you want to use an onboard effect on the mixer or something like that.
