Home Recording Project: Feedback!

Hi all,

I recently completed a home recording project for a university project, and wanted to get some feedback from fellow home recording enthusiasts. The music genre is that of metal/rock, with a clean vocal.

sounds sick mate, I would dream of recordings like that atm aha the only thing is, the bass drum sounds a bit off with the music? hopefully you'll understand what I mean but it sounds like too clicky, did you get the drums off software?

Appreciate it mate yeh fair comment, its on with the music, but there a couple of sloppy bits here and there yeh haha. No, the drums are all original recording, no triggers or anything like that.

Thats weird, what setup are you using for recording drums?

Haha cheers. Erm i just had a ten mic set up, OH Left, Right, Hi hhats, then snare top and bottom. kick drum and 4 toms. All going into a TASCAM US-1631 audio interface tool, before being mixed.
