Growers will let a plant veg like that for awhile, sometimes 8 weeks or more, before inducing flower. In most cases the longer the veg time, the more robust the yield.

If I'm not mistaken, the holy anointing oil and incense they used to use at biblical temples employed the use of cannabis, mixed with aromatics and therapeutic oils. Going to the temple was sure magic, it was. For some reason people always get filled with 'the spirit of god' when they go in there. . .
