I'm looking for some sort of mount or clamp to mount a snare drum to a stand (cymbal or high-hat)...

That is the snare drum, and it has a tom mount, what kind of piece, a direct link at MF would be awesome, do I need to mount it directly to a stand...?

Is that what you're looking for?

If this is your only snare, I would think that a dedicated stand would be better (but that's just me), but if its a second snare, I would probably do the stand mount thing, too. I would guess that you're using it as a second snare, judging from the type of snare it is.
