It doesn't, James. It's one of the most original songs I've heard on the net so far. No bland techno, no slick synthesized ballad. Nice. It could use a bit more 'real' instruments though: double the main theme with a violin for instance.

...You're right. The whole instrument played by synth. I did play some of the tracks using keyboard controller instead "write" on PRV. Actualy, the whole instrument tracks were just a musical scetch to build the song structure and arrangement. I like to put some struming acoustic guitar and electric lead also. It was when I heard the scetch is great, then I tend to put vocals on it... I'm still working on replacing the "too synth" tracks by real instrument. Yeah, a touch of violin will be cool... :cool: Thank's brutha... ;)
 
Okay, a few nights ago, I was bored as hell (not that I didn't have anything to do, just needed a change...)

So, using some old computer parts, an old camera, and an old tape deck, I assembled a 'robotic panoramic camera' and took a 180 degree shot of the desk I was working at...

This is where 'most' of the development work goes on for NWR. (The rest is in the server room, which I'll take a 360 degree shot of some day....)

You'll note the mess on the desk, and a bunch of electronics/wires sticking out from the corpses of the gear I scavanged from....

...GEE, that's cool Waldo. Why the camera didn't shoot your pic ? BTW, glad to see NWR's back on track... umh, I mean on line... ;)
 
'cause I'm at 240 degrees, and I had to turn on 4 extra lights just to get the desk to show up for that camera!

I'm a basement dweller and like it dark ;)

Was it the camera that had the "widescreen-function" or a computer program?

I want to do that, but my digital camera doesen't have that function.

Well... actually, I'm not pro violin player :D. DavidK is. In fact, his experience, skill & knowledge is quantum waaaaay far beyond me. PM him if you're lookin' for better touch, he likes to do many colaboration with members here... I only played violin for soft & simple tune, or giving a humble touch to my humble songs. Sure I'll be glad to colaborate in any chances... ;)
 
...and all Cakey's forum resident... You better check Pedullist's songs !!! All are great !!! Post your comments in the clinic... It's a good example of how HS 2002 and Audigy work well if you know how to handle 'em... :)
