Now wtf do I do with it? I found it in my mom's garage. It was in a box with a bunch of reels of tape. I vaguely remember my dad listening to this thing about a hundred years ago. What is it? Is it worth anything?

It's probably a 3 3/4 & 7.5 ips deck.
Would be cool for some tape slap-back echo....or just as a tape "effect", giving stuff a vintage/lo-fi vibe...or doing some weird reverse tape effects....
...all depends on how good it still runs and how the electronics are.
Put a reel of tape on it and give it a spin.
I have a TC645 which is kinda similar. It's got line in and line out phono connectors; Yours might be the same.
Your firepod has jack line ins and outs so you could hook the two up no problem if the phonos are there.
Most likely. I've never used the mic pres in mine.
Just realised the firepod has direct outs for preamp one and two, so you could go
amp - >mics-> firepod xlr 1+2 -> direct out to tape - > line out from tape to firepod 3+4.
No probs Greg.
Yeah, the phono is just unbalanced line leve audio AFAIK, same as a TS Jack.
Just keep the cables short and it'll be fine.
