i found this site and it seems to be pretty hot. i believe it's free, i haven't seen any mention of membership fees. so if you are thinking about joining soundclick, nowhereradio and myspace, here is another option for you.

no problem ethos, i'm a firm believer in the phrase "knowlege is power" thanks for offering me a rep point even though the board didn't allow you to allocate one to me.
 
This is a spot I found where it seems you place an online presskit of yourself and or group. It seems okay for a good stepping stone, the website isn't overall pleasing to the eye. The information this site helps you distribute to the public is cool.
