Help restoring project – won't show up on the r16!

My 2 gig card was full. So i went into the card reader deal and started listening to the individual tracks. To try and free up some room, I deleted the scratch tracks and named the tracks i was keeping for 4 projects and now those 4 projects won't show up on the r16. When i put the sd card into the computer. It shows the 4 tracks with the individual tracks names. Can somebody give me advice on how to restore my projects? Or should I just get a 16 gig sd card and rerecord? Thanks

It seems you are assuming we understand what you are asking about. Did you just re-post this from another forum thread?

Sounds like a really crappy situation for sure.

Please elaborate more. Hopefully someone here can help.

Yeah...I had to re-read the OP's post three times to try and understand what the problem and question was about.


It sounds to me like with all that deleting and renaming...your global project file(s) lost the path(s) to your track files.
You might need to just do some better housekeeping and reset the projects and their file locations and new names...etc..

And for the sake of your project-Do not do anything until you know what happened. Don't freak out until you find if you can fix it.

Find out about your R16's naming conventions. Chances are, when you changed the names of your keeper tracks, you turned them into gobbldygook that it can't see.
