HELP With Zoom R8

Purchasing a Zoom multi track recorder ZR8 used but with a warranty. The manual has 140 pages. I had to print them out.
Youtube videos make it seem easy but one user say's that there is a lot to learn. Any thought on quick starting? The DP01 I had came with a manual but a few pages to get you recording quickly.

Hi Larry,
I don't know about the R8, but I have an R16 and it is VERY easy to use. The manual is in a lot of languages so the 140 odd pages is only actually about 20 - 30 pages. give or take. Dive into the maual and find out the basics and then expand from there.
