How do you get a file from cubase to go into your computer so you can burn a cd

I am not familiar with cubase, but it is generally File>Save as > and select the cubase format where all your midi data and wave data will be stored. IF you are using a trial version may be that is disabled.

Well if your talking about putting a final mix onto CD, first you have to mixdown to a stereo wav file. To do that you click on File > Export > Audio Tracks. From there you select a filename, a format (wav or MP3). Click on save and your done.
From there you will need a burning program like Nero to get your stereo file onto CD.
