[HELP] Studio monitors

I'm able to buy these "studio monitors" only, because here in Argentina, where i'm from, they are very expensive (but really really expensive):

Tascam Vl-m3
Behringer Ms16
Samson M3a
Alesis M1 320 (the usb ones, i'll not use the usb port)
M-audio AV20
Skp-150a (a bit more expensive ones)

Experiences? Opinions? I know they are not the ones but it is what my bounded budget can afford...

I have a pair of the Behringer Ms16's and they're just meh.......they're basically multi-media speakers and, with the purchase of a used pair of M-Audio AV-40's, that's what they're being used as.

Other than that, all I can say is my interface, monitors and MIDI keyboard are all M-Audio products and I've had good luck with them.
