Help recording a concert band

I will be recording a 60 pc concert band. (no strings) The concert will be perfomed on a 40 foot wide stage. The stage opens into a gym not a theatre. I will be recording directly to CD 2 track so I need to do a live mix. I have a 16 channel "live" board so that's not a problem. I have the following mics to use. What would be your choices and positions you would place them.

1 AT 3035
1 MXL V67G
2 MXL SP1
1 SM 57
1 EV 257
In a perfect world I'd like to use the least amout of mics as I can. Let me know your suggestions on this one.

Man this is really easy ok. Get a really high boom stand and one of those stereo mic stand adapters (2 mics on a bar so you can XY them or whatever) About 10 feet back from the band in the center behind the director, mics off the stage of course. You are trying to catch the bands sound before you get too much room in the sound.

Mic placement: Set the the 2 603's about a 45 - 60 degree angle apart (depending on the size of band) and point them down toward the middle of the band. Pan one hard left and one hard right. You'll get a good stereo image of the band and a good recording. Just hope the room isn't too noisy. Just make sure not to get too close as the sound won't blend as well and will have certain instruments that stick out.
