Help one help all!

Hello I need major help. I want to get my own studio to record my raps and make my own rap cds. I would like to know what equipment I would need to help me out.

I want to know what do I need to make the beats
What I need to record to my computer form my voice
What I need to record it all on a cd
Anthing else that would help me.

1.For Rappers, you could always get a nice keyboard or one of those groove machines.
2.A multitrack software recording program.
3.An internal or external CD writer
5.A mic. mixer and good soundcard

A decent wave editor would be usefull for rappers and also make sure you get a multitrack program which supports VST plugins and instruments - you will no doubt use the instruments particularly.

As for drum beats, many software apps include a drum editor with it - alternatively get a drum machine.
