I have a Dunlop 535 Q Wah that's about a year and a half old and its giving me some problems.
Sometimes when I engage the pedal, the sound just goes on me and it takes a disengage/reengage for it to get going again. Other times its fine until the pedal reaches the lowest point it possibly can before you disengage it. Then for that split second while its in contact with "the clicker" but not clicking it, the sound cuts out again. As soon as I bring my toe back up, the sound is back.
Anyway, I can tell you the problem is not battery-related. I use the official Dunlop AC adapter to power it up. I've tried varying cables, so its not that either. I suppose it could be a pot problem.
I got in contact with a tech at Dunlop a few months back and he was less than helpful, so I'm leaning on you folks.
I'm no electronics expert, so please do give me some suggestions.
Thanks,
Matt
