Hello

I would like to meet people who know more about building an audio studio. The old part of the building to recover and the upper part of the recording studio made.
There is measure:

On the left side of the draft were drawn two windows that will be accommodated depending on the accommodation space.

On the left and right sides of the wall will be raised by 2 feet, so as to obtain the necessary height in the studio.

If you have any suggestions on how these measures fit into the space that would be optimal for the recording studio.

Thank you

Hello Nenad and welcome to the bbs. Well, I think you need to give us more information before anyone can really help you. There are lots of things to address when building a studio. In your case, the term "audio studio" really doesn't tell us much in regards to its intended use. So, for starters, what is it you plan on doing in there? An "audio" room could mean anything from a simple listening room or a Home theater, or a music practice room, or a composition room, or even a recording room. Although, since you posted your thread on a Home recording forum, I assume you want to record in there :D

So, elaborate a bit on your intended use. And then tell us everything you can about this space, the type music, the environment, the existing construction/ HVAC, isolation goals, what type building...etc etc. Maybe then we might BEGIN to help you. Even post some pictures. Oh, and btw, where are you? That always has a bearing on potential issues. So, get back to us and we'll try to point you in the right direction.:)
